Random Act of Gratitude #124: Cookies

Aren't YOU thankful for cookies?

According to wikipedia, cookies "have their origins in 7th century AD Persia, shortly after the use of sugar became relatively common in the region. They spread to Europe through the Muslim conquest of Spain. By the 14th century, they were common in all levels of society, throughout Europe, from royal cuisine to street vendors."

Thankfully, they made it down to us common folk!

This is by far, the most important gratitude yet.

So what is your favourite kind? You have to start some debate here!

I'm not sure I have a favourite kind. Probably Oatmeal Chocolate Chip or White Chocolate Macadamia Nut.

I don't often eat cookies, except on Wednesdays.

I vote for the oatmeal chocolate chip as long as they're soft (and preferably warm). Nix to the crunchy type.

So...what's special about Wednesdays??
